Our private rooms are located on the 2nd floor of our building. Studio Hum studios features quiet workspaces with panoramic mountain views, 2 assembly spaces that members have access to host events or classes in, bi-annual art exhibits, 24 hr keyed access, on site parking, communal gathering space and kitchen, features on the Studio Hum website & social media, and inclusion on our interior signage and business card displays. Ideal for artists and professionals or anyone looking for a quiet and creative workspace. We have incubated numerous creative businesses and healing arts businesses here! People looking to take clients (e.g. massage therapists) must receive their clients during standard weekday working hours only (M-F 10am-6pm).
Our private rooms are $425/mo, utilities and internet included.
The Lotus Room (located on the lower level) is available as an event space or to schedule regular movement, healing arts, or arts classes/sessions. Studio Hum takes 30% fee of all class fees - or 20% for members who are renting a private room - generated from any group classes held in one of our two assembly spaces (Blue Plum Zendo or the Lotus Room).
Event rentals are $100/hr for the first hour, + $50/hr for each additional hour. For special events, we offer catering options and ask about our tea service!
