COLAB

SHARED WORKSPACE: $175/mo

Includes: internet, shared kitchen, furnished communal spaces. Private work material storage available and designated desk space. COLAB members are featured on the Studio Hum website and may use the studio mailbox. Coordinate use of shared spaces with other COLAB members & Studio Hum Programs in a quiet and inclusive 3,000 square foot creative collaborative.

Members have access to use of large gathering space for events for 20% of income from the event, and gatherings are to be coordinated with the Studio Hum / Blue Plum Zendo calendar. 15% of income generated from art shown and sold in communal or gallery space goes to Studio Hum.

Ideal for creatives working on computers, writing, or working with artistic media such as fabric, paper, ink or watercolor painting, collage, poetry. Spaces are carpeted and there is no slop sink.

CLASSROOM / MAIN GATHERING SPACE USAGE

Classroom/gathering space usage fee is 30% of income generated from event. Gatherings are to be coordinated with the Studio Hum / Blue Plum Zendo calendar.

PRIVATE STUDIO

$375/mo + $15/mo for internet

Includes: shared kitchen, furnished communal spaces, private 11’x15’ studio space with mountain views in a 3,000 square foot quiet and inclusive creative collaborative.
