Includes: shared kitchen, furnished communal spaces, private 11’x15’ studio space with mountain views - or 17’ x 15’ room with no windows - in a 3,000 square foot quiet and inclusive creative collaborative.

Members are featured on the Studio Hum website and may use the studio mailbox. Members have access to use of large gathering space for events for 20% of income of event, and gatherings are to be coordinated with the Studio Hum / Blue Plum Zendo calendar. 15% of income generated from art shown and sold in communal or gallery space goes to Studio Hum.

Ideal for creatives working on computers, writing, or with artistic media such as fabric, paper, ink or watercolor painting, or collage. Spaces are carpeted and there is no slop sink.
